*The US Copyright Act* requires individuals or organizations to acquire an Event License from the production company in order to screen or host a movie viewing outside a place of residence.
*Venues that stream We Are Stronger to multiple locations must purchase the $750 Lifetime License pack.
* The US Copyright Act, Title 17 of the United States Code, was adopted in 1976 to coincide with new technology. Noncompliance with the Copyright Act is considered copyright infringement and carries signigcant penalties. Fines for noncompliance start at $750 for each inadvertent infringement and go as high as $150,000 for each egregious violation.
